n95 Mask and Swine Flu Information

First, in response to some emails I have received, you cannot contract swine flu from eating pork.  Always cook your pork to an internal temperature of at least 160 degrees Fahrenheit.

Second, if your going to buy a mask, buy a n95 mask or n99 mask. These are the most effective in protecting form flu, swine flu, bird flu, etc.  Watching the news I see people ripping fabric and creating their own masks. Your homemade masks won’t protect you.  You can purchase a box of 20 n95 masks by clicking the image below:

N95 is enough to avoid from swine flu , its not necessary , now we have many vaccines and medicines for this flu.. smile
