I am 61 yrs old, living in Northern California, lucky to have so many fresh ingredients available year round. I just love to cook anything and everything. I am one who purchases all those useful kitchen gadgets that Alton Brown uses on his Food TV show Good Eats. He is very informative. My most favorite food to eat is Asian of all kinds, and I am 100% Italian, third generation. Ok really 50% Italian & 50% Sicilian. What a great mixture, I love pasta and fish equally.
Anyway, I am looking for some great Asian recipes, I already have lots of Italian recipes, all my brothers, three of em are great cooks, learned from bot Ma & Pa.

Hi everyone i am completely new to cooking and a beginner at that, but the step by step guide to cooking will help me no end. Since I love food & cooking I joined the Hotel & Catering hospitality college in my country ( I am a Bahraini lady) and then worked in the food and beverage industry but I added up working and cooking for my family, friends and neigbours whom like my cooking alot.
