I'm a teacher in the Seattle area and this summer I'm working with some special ed students on some practical life skills - so we are planning a meal. making lists, shopping, practicing safe and clean kitchen techniques, etc. Stumbling across your wonderfully documented recipes is a great help! I'm especially thankful that your format is easy to print and large enough for them to make notes on, too.

I'm looking forward to trying out a couple of things with them. I'm sure we will be much more successful because of your generous and most excellent efforts!

    Cheers

hi, Jinda, i used to teach in the early education department. I'm now a full time housewife. I recently also stumbled into this wonderful site and have just started to learn how to cook and bake in my mid life. The first recipe i undertook from this site is the one called "Amazing Chocolate Chips", it was not only easy for beginners but it was a hit to my family.

May i therefore suggest this wonderful, delicious and easy to make recipe for your special ed students? I'm sure they will enjoy it as much as we did. Good luck!
