I found this site today and am so happy to be able to join a cooking forum. I love trying out new recipes. Sometimes I succeed and there were times when my cooking became a disaster. I once tried to cook mushroom risotto (following a recipe from a cooking book) but the result was a disaster - the look was disgusting and the taste was awful. Since then I don't dare to try again. Anybody can give me tips on how to successfully cook risotto?
