Ingredients
- Chicken
- Soy and Teriyaki Sauce
- Sesame Seeds
- Black Pepper
- Olive Oil
- Eggs
- Frozen veggie mix (whatever you like - I use different kinds all the time)
- rice
Step 1
Step 2
Step 3
Put some olive oil into a skillet Add the chicken on Medium heat. Add pepper, sesame seed, Teriyaki sauce and cover the chicken. GO WASH YOUR HANDS. Stir the chicken up every few minutes. Cook it until it's tender enough to chop a piece in half and is white inside.
Step 4
While your chicken is on start microwaving the veggies. Add about 1/2 cup of water to frozen veggies and microwave for 6 minutes. After 6 minutes add seasoning to them. I add butter and pepper. Then back in the microwave for 2 minutes. So now you have fairly cooked chicken, rice and veggies. Go ahead and throw them all together like so....
Step 5
Here's the fun part. Mix it all up good and then make a little empty spot in the middle. Put some butter or non-stick spray in the clearing....
Step 6
And add your eggs. Yes that's right. Dump it in that spot. Stir the eggs in that spot every minute or so and it will cook fast. Once the egg is cooked start mixing it all together.
Step 7
I like to add some soy and some more sesame seed and pepper at this point and Let it cook for just a few more minutes.
Step 8
TADA!!! And there you have chicken fried rice. That was really easy right? You can play with the portions and just make enough for a day or make enough for a week. It's a really easy and versatile recipe. I love it.
