Ingredients:

Garlic Smashed Potatoes recipe picture 18 red potatoes
1/2 cup milk
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
2 tablespoons butter
1 cup ricotta
scallions
4 cloves of garlic (or more if you like garlic)
parmesan cheese or parmigiano regiano or romano, as much as you like
salt
pepper

Step 1:

Garlic Smashed Potatoes recipe picture 3Stick the potatoes in a pot and boil them for around 15-20 minutes or until soft.

Garlic Smashed Potatoes recipe picture 7Smash the garlic with the flat side of your knive and take the skin off. Then chop the garlic until very fine.

Step 19:

Add salt and pepper to taste, possibly extra butter.
