Shrimp, Crab, and Broccoli Quiche

Ingredients: Pate Brisee / pastry dough: |
|
Step 1: Knead the flour into the butter while slowly adding the water. Form the pastry into a ball and refrigerate for 20 minutes. |

Step 2: Cut dough in half. On a lightly floured surface roll out a piece and line a greased pie plate with it. |
|
|
Step 3: Fold in the crust. |
|
|
Step 4: Bake at 350F for 20 min. Remove the foil and bake for 10 more minutes. |
|
Step 5: Filling: |
|
|
Step 6: Cool and peel the shrimp and crab. |
|
|
Step 7: Sauté the garlic and shallots in some vegetable oil for a few minutes. Add the mushrooms and broccoli, sauté for 6 minutes, adding a few tbsp of water to steam up the broccoli. |

|
Step 8: Season to taste and add the previous ingredients to the quiche. |
|
|
Step 9: Egg Mixture: |
|
|
Step 10: Pour the mixed mixture into the quiche. |
|
|
Step 11: Cook at 350F for 50 minutes or until the center is done. |
|
|
Step 12: Here is the finished Shrimp, Crab, and Broccoli Quiche. |
