Bourbon Shrimp in a Bacon Blanket

Ingredients: Bourbon Shrimp in a Bacon Blanket 6 large Shrimp 3 slices Bacon (cut into halves) 1 sprig Rosemary Bourbon freshly cracked Pepper Peel and devine the shrimp.

Step 1: Mince the Rosemary and, along with the pepper, sprinkle over both sides of the shrimp. Splash your choice of bourbon over it, and let marinate for an hour.

Step 2: Wrap each shrimp in a slice of bacon, using a toothpick to hold it together.

Step 3: Broil for about 5 minutes for each side, or until the shrimp and bacon is cooked.
Step 4: Serve your bourbon shrimp in a bacon blanket.
