- sirloin steak
- peppercorn sauce
- potato wedges
- onion rings
- hash browns
- olive oil
Open can of peas.
Put sirloin steak in frying pan with some olive oil and heat up on a medium setting.
Turn it over once lightly browned.
Put the peppercorn sauce powder into bowl and add soya milk.
Empty peas into pan.
Heat everything up.
Put onion rings, hash browns and potato wedges onto oven tray and bake 220 degrees Celsius, gas mark 6 for 30 minutes turning once.
Let the meat brown.
Turn it over until much darker... bring peas and peppercorn sauce to the boil.
The potatoes are ready.
Put everything on a plate and serve.
