Asparagus with Tofu in Oyster Sauce

Ingredients
- Fresh Green Asparagus - trimmed, blanched
- Chinese Cabbage chopped
- Egg Tofu / Silk Tofu cut to size
- Mushrooms (any type will do), chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic crushed
- 2 Chives chopped
- 2 tbsp Oyster Sauce
- 2 tbsp Corn flour
- Butter as needed
- Sugar and Pepper to taste
- oil as needed
- water as needed

Add mushrooms, stir until softened. Mushrooms will absorb the butter quickly, so add more butter if needed. This will make the mushroom has a nice buttery flavor too.

Dissolve 2 tbsp of corn flour with 4tbsp of water. this will glaze the vegetables and thicken the sauce a bit.

Pour the vegetables on top of it. Serve with hot steamed rice. Best when warm.
