Grilled Pork Ribs

Ingredients
- 1 slab of pork ribs
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup tomato paste
- 3 tsp honey dijon mustard
- 2 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 small finely minced onion
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1/4 cup citrus juice ( i used our native calamansi for this recipe. lime or lemon would do or even plain vinegar)
- hot sauce (put as much as you would like)
- salt and pepper to taste

Put on top of a container and let sit in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, preferably overnight.

For a quick side dish I just did a quick saute of diced carrots, corn and frozen green peas in butter.
