Squash & Long Beans in Coconut Milk

Ingredients: 1/2 of a whole squash, peeled and cubed |

Step 1: Saute garlic, onions and tomatoes. Add in the ground pork and let it cook till brown. Season with a little bit of salt and pepper. |

Step 2: Add in the coconut milk and let it boil. Make sure to stir this occasionally to avoid curding. Let this boil for about 5 minutes for the coconut milk to develop more of its rich taste and creaminess. Thin out with more water if it's too thick for you. |

Step 3: Now you can add in the veggies. Start with the squash. Let this cook for about 5 minutes. |

Step 4: Next add in the long beans and your chili. Mix and let simmer for another 5 minutes. |

Step 5: Adjust seasoning according to your taste. Enjoy! |
