Fried Key Lime Ravioli with Creme Chantilly

A Ravioli filled with Key Lime filling, rolled in Graham Crackers Crumbs, then deep fried. Served with a Creme Chantilly.


  • Prep: 1 - 2 hrs.
  • Cook: ~30 mins.

Key Lime Ravioli Dough

1 cup Flour
3 tbsp Water
1 Egg
1 Tbsp Sugar
1oz Butter

(Additional ingredients listed in below recipe steps).

Step 1

Sift the flour, salt, and sugar together. Add the egg and butter until well blended. Add the water and knead for about 10 minutes. Kneaded dough ball:


Step 2

Roll out, place a tbsp of filling and cover with another sheet of dough, sealing the edges with egg wash. Cut out the desired shape and apply a very light egg wash - roll in graham cracker crumbs.


Step 3

Freeze for 2 hours. Once frozen, deep fry at 350F until golden brown.

Step 5

Creme Chantilly Ingredients: 1/4 cup Heavy Cream 2-3 tbsp Sugar 1 tsp Vanilla Extract Whisk the heavy cream to stiff peaks while slowly adding in the sugar. Fold in the extract.


Step 6

Plate with some sliced limes.
