Fried Key Lime Ravioli with Creme Chantilly

Ingredients: A Ravioli filled with Key Lime filling, rolled in Graham Crackers Crumbs, then deep fried. Served with a Creme Chantilly. |

Step 1: Kneaded dough ball: |

Step 2: Roll out, place a tbsp of filling and cover with another sheet of dough, sealing the edges with egg wash. Cut out the desired shape and apply a very light egg wash - roll in graham cracker crumbs. |

Step 3: Freeze for 2 hours. Once frozen, deep fry at 350F until golden brown. |

Step 5: Creme Chantilly |

Step 6: Plate with some sliced limes. |
