  • Prep: ~30 mins.
  • Cook: 2 - 3 hrs.

Ingredients

  • 500g (1.1 lbs) Minced Beef
  • 3 cloves Garlic
  • 2 Green Peppers
  • 1 onion
  • canned Tomatoes
  • Tomato Puree
  • Beef Stock Cube
  • 1 tbsp. Chili Powder
  • 1 tsp. Cayenne Pepper
  • 1 tsp. Ground Cumin
  • 1 tbsp. Oregano

Step 1

Fine diced onion, garlic and green pepper.

Fry in oil for 5 minutes until soft.

Add the beef, and brown it.

While that is doing get the spices ready.

And get the stock sorted and open the cans!

Drain excess fat off the browned mince and add everything else including a handful of chopped jalapeno peppers.

Stir it well and leave to cook for 2hrs on a low heat.

Coming back to stir every so often...
