Ingredients: 500g Minced Beef |
|
Step 1: Fine diced onion, garlic and green pepper. |
|
|
Step 2: Fry in oil for 5 mins until soft. |
|
|
Step 3: Add the beef, and brown it. |
|
|
Step 4: While that is doing get the spices ready. |
|
Step 5: And get the stock sorted and open the cans! |
|
|
Step 6: Drain excess fat off the browned mince and add everything else including a handful of chopped jalepeno peppers. |
|
|
Step 7: Stir it well and leave to cook for 2hrs on a low heat. |
|
|
Step 8: Coming back to stir every so often... |
|
|
Step 9: To get something like this! All cooked, now ready to serve... |
