- 2 eggs
- 2 slices ham
- 2 slices cheese
- 100 grams (3.5 ounces) fresh mushrooms
- 1 tbsp butter
- pepper to taste
Slice the mushrooms, ham and cheese.
Beat the eggs.
Add in some pepper.
Heat the non-stick pan and melt the butter.
Add in the beaten eggs.

Add in the ham.
Then add in the mushrooms.
Lastly, sprinkle the cheese on top.
Gently fold the omelette.
Garnish with tomatoes and serve hot.
