Here is a simple how to make an Omelette visual tutorial.


  • 2 eggs
  • 2 slices ham
  • 2 slices cheese
  • 100 grams (3.5 ounces) fresh mushrooms
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • pepper to taste

Step 1

Slice the mushrooms, ham and cheese.

Step 2

Beat the eggs.

Step 3

Add in some pepper.

Step 4

Heat the non-stick pan and melt the butter.

Step 5

Add in the beaten eggs.

Step 6

Fry the eggs under medium heat until the eggs start to set but are not yet cooked. (Enlarge the photo to see detail.)

Step 7

Add in the ham.

Step 8

Then add in the mushrooms.

Step 9

Lastly, sprinkle the cheese on top.

Step 10

Gently fold the omelette.

Step 11

Garnish with tomatoes and serve hot.

Perfect! Just in time for breakfast. I think my challenge with omelets is folding. hmmm but practice males perfect!
