About this Rosemary Potato Salad Recipe
I wanted to post this for the 4th of July…what’s 4th of July without potato salad?! Also, I wanted to share it because this recipe calls for Rosemary, which is probably my most favorite spice in the whole entire universe!!
Rosemary Potato Salad Ingredients
- 5-6 Potatoes
- 1/4 cup red onion finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
- 2 tablespoons mayo
- 1 teaspoon Rosemary
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste
Step 1
Rinse and cut potatoes into chunks. I like potatoes with the skin on. But, if you don’t, you’re more than welcome to peel them first.
