Steamed Pork with Salted Preserved Vegetables Ingredients
- 250 Grams (a little over half a pound) Minced Pork
- 50 Grams (1.76 ounces) Salted Preserved Vegetables Normally you are able to get this in Chinese stores, the chinese name is "dong cai"
- 2 tablespoon Corn Starch
- half teaspoon Pepper
- 1 tablespoon Soy sauce

Put the plate into a wok. Cover the wok, and let the food steam for 20 minutes. For safety, pork should reach an internal temperature of 170 degrees Fahrenheit, or 76.6 degrees Celsius. A great side dish with this recipe would be steamed white rice or porridge.
